## What the site does

Players search for their in-game name, run a scan, and get a permanent record of their matches.
The official PUBG client only exposes roughly two weeks of match history; this site keeps what it
has already scanned indefinitely, so long-term progress stays visible.

All data is read-only. The site never modifies, trades, or interacts with player accounts.

| Friends & foes | Teammates and recurring opponents, with shared-match counts |
| Squad metrics | Several players side by side |
| Global stats | The aggregate player base, as a comparison baseline |
| Map rotation | Which maps are live this week on PC and console |

## Notes for agents

path under `https://pubgstatistics.com/md/`. Player pages are served as a **single summary**: the per-feature
subpages (heatmaps, engagements, friends, …) all resolve to that same summary rather than to
separate documents, and no player page links to another player. This is deliberate: the
teammate/opponent graph is unbounded and walking it is expensive for a site this size. If you need
a specific player, fetch `/player/<name>` (optionally `<name>:<platform>`) directly.
